He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Heefner (Biesecker); his daughter Debra S. Ramsey (Bill) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Ian Ramsey (Megan) and Chris Ramsey; and his sisters, Peggy Myers of Greencastle, Janet Stoops of Waynesboro, Martha Miller of Hagerstown and Katherine Heefner of Greencastle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
