He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Strite and Edna Strite (Peck); his son Randall E. Strite; his great grandchild Sierra F. Eby; and his siblings, Elwood P. Strite and Lorraine F. Eby (Strite).
He is survived by: his wife Eileen R. Strite (Eby); his children, Wanda K. Diller (Lyle) of Keymar, MD, Arvin J. Strite (Sue Ellen) of Clearville, PA, Arlin R. Strite (Carol) of McConnellsburg, PA and Malinda J. Martin (Elwood) of Craig, CO; his daughter-in-law Jennifer D. Strite of Waynesboro; and his brother David L. Strite of Clear Spring, MD. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren.
