She is survived by: her husband Arthur Baugher; and her children, Pam Knight (Rodney) of Ranson, WV, Penny Baugher (Kenny Carpenter) of Smithsburg, MD and Christopher Baugher (Elizabeth) of Freeport, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
