He was predeceased by: his parent Mark Recard; and his sons, Gary Recard and Larry Recard. He is survived by: his parent Mary Recard (Crilley); his spouse Delores K. Recard (Chamberlain); his grandson Derek A. Recard of Mont Alto; his sisters, Pearl Bowers of Hagerstown, MD and Irene Minnich of Waynesboro; and his daughter-in-law Beverly S. Recard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
