He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Haugh and Margie Haugh (Bitner); his wife Madelyn L. Haugh (Knight); his grandson Andrew L. Haugh; and his siblings, Jean Angle, Marie Haugh and Richard Haugh.
He is survived by: his sons, Glenn F. "Phil" Haugh, Jr. of Bradford, MA, Anthony A. "Tony" Haugh (Donna) of Waynesboro and Barry L. Haugh (Beverly) of Hampstead, MD; and his siblings, Larue McKenzie of Chambersburg, PA, Carol June Winders of Smithsburg, MD and William Lanny Haugh of Fayetteville, PA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
