It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn Carbaugh (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn R. Carbaugh and Gertrude L. Carbaugh (Miller); and his granddaughter Angela Mays. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette M. Carbaugh (Shifflett); his sons, Edward Carbaugh and Rick Carbaugh; his stepchildren, Franklin (Laura), Bradley (Billie) and Renee (Mark); and his sister Linda Chaney (Ronald). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
