She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert C. Kuhn and Sarah C. Kuhn (Copenhaver); her husband James G. Mentzer, Jr.; and her siblings, Mildred Kuhn, Margie Herr, Alma Frantz, Ralph Kuhn, Charles Kuhn and Harry Kuhn.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Cline (Fred) of Waynesboro; her granddaughter Christine Cline (Angel Venacio) of Stephens City, VA; and her great grandchildren, Nicolas, Andrew and James Venacio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
