He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Bud" Eakle and Phyllis Eakle (Fuss). He is survived by: his wife Helen Eakle (Sprankle); his children, Jodi Everett (Mike) of Bethel, ME, Craig Eakle (Amanda) of Parker, CO, Erika Flynn (Rob) of Mars, PA and Kyle Mock (Erin) of Bozeman, MT; and his sister Sherry Smiley of Waynesboro. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
