He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Whitlock and Alberta Whitlock (Bricker); and his wife Betty Lou Whitlock (Noll). He is survived by: his children, Gerald Whitlock, Jr. (Stephanie) of Fayetteville, PA, Charles Paul Whitlock (Christina), Robert Lee Whitlock (Hope), Steven Andrew Whitlock (Brenda May) of Waynesboro, Darren Lee Whitlock of Mercersburg, PA and Cheryl Lynn Johnson (Adam) of Chambersburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
