Peiffer and Ruth Peiffer (Sprenkle); his former wife Dorothy; his brothers, Charles, Arthur, Kenneth and Lowell; his half-brothers, David, Norman and Harold; his sisters, Lenora Shatzer, Kathryn O'Donnell, Mary Jane Hoffman and Sandra Huber; and his half-sisters, Ruth Peiffer, Helen Minnich and Mildred Shadle.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Peiffer (Songer-Sullivan); his children, Cheryl Gardenhour (Craig) of Waynesboro, PA, Brenda Bonebrake (Blaine) of Mt Airy, GA, Leesa Gates (Samuel) of Waynesboro, PA, Marcy Carbaugh (Larry) of Lebanon, PA, Penny Bertsch (David) of Apple Valley, MN, Rebecca Stanford (Charles) of Smithsburg, MD, Dennis Peiffer (Sharon) of Smithsburg, MD and Randy Peiffer of Fairfield, PA; his stepsons, David Sullivan (Cathy) of Greencastle, PA, Jeffrey Sullivan of Mont Alto, PA and Gregory Sullivan of Fayetteville, PA; and his siblings, Margaret Wagaman of Waynesboro, PA, Shirley Barnes (Gary) of Chambersburg, PA, Trudy Moore of Springfield, VA and Frederick Peiffer of Mercersburg, PA. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great- grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 2 great-step grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
