He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Neal, Sr. and Alice Neal Seymour (Talbott); and his stepfathers, Martin Seymore and Charles E. "Chuck" Galbraith. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alison Frances Pereira (Mason) and Steve George Abrashoff; his sister Mary Anne Edwards (Darrell); and his friend Crystal Shauf.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Inc. (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location.
