McCleaf of Phoenix, AZ; his nephews, Greg Lyons and Doug Lyons; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Fiona Lyons, Adelyn Lyons, Nora Lyons, Jackson Lyons and Carson Lyons; his brother Monty L. McCleaf; and his nephew Jeff Lyons.
