He was predeceased by: his parent John M.; his son Gary M. Harlowe; and his grandson Eugene Harlowe. He is survived by: his parent Mary E. Sprouse Harlowe; his wife Kathryn A. Flick Harlowe; and his daughters, Judy Ellis (David) of Waynesboro and Jacqueline Barnes of Cummings, GA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
