With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances M. Reed of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, born in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hawbaker and Viola Hawbaker (Mullenix); her former husband Ronald Wagaman, Sr.; her siblings, Esther Seiders, Edna Clever, Junior Hawbaker, Donnie Hawbaker and Bobby Hawbaker; and her great great grandchild Nevaeh Frazier.
She is survived by: her husband Allen L. Reed, Sr.; and her children, Nancy Fann of Quincy, Mary Mellott of Chambersburg, Ronald Wagaman, Jr. of Five Forks, Shirley "Kitty" Shew (Robert) of Waynesboro, Betty "Peepers" Montiel of Greencastle and Edwin Wagaman of Five Forks. She is also survived by 2 step-children; 7 grandchildren;18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
