Oney of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, born in Alamogordo, New Mexico, who passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard A., Jr. and Lois E. Oney (Mohney); and his siblings, Willard Arthur Oney, III and Roberta Kay Oney. He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip V. Oney (Joanne) of Texas, Kurt D. Oney (Esther) of Waynesboro and Janine M. Oney-Schmitt (Michael) of California, MD; his sister-in-law Carol Oney of Princess Anne, MD; his nieces and nephews, Jay Adam Fouke (April), Jared Forrest Fouke (Karlie), Rebecca Breves, Zach Oney, Jonathan Oney, Hannah Oney (James Mann), Will Oney (Karlie), Forrest Schmitt (Isabella), Justin Schmitt and Eva Rogers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac, Jakob, Maddox, Lucas, Èva and Macii.
