He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark B. Mentzer and Elizabeth Mentzer (Rock). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne M. Mentzer (Stewart); his sons, David E. Mentzer (Kim) of Waynesboro and Mark A. Mentzer (Crissy) of Waynesboro; and his brother Ronald O. Mentzer of Hagerstown. He is also survived by three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
