He was predeceased by: his parents, David Geesaman and Helen Geesaman (Cradler); his wife Virginia F. Geesaman (Krum); his children, Karen Jean Geesaman and Kurt W. Geesaman; and his siblings, Rue Anna Mouer and Robert "Quack" Geesaman.
He is survived by: his son Zane E. "Pip" Geesaman (Dawn) of Waynesboro; and his brother David Geesaman of Waynesboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
