He was predeceased by: his parents, C. L. Emerson Powers and Dolly Mae Powers (Rose). He is survived by: his children, Josh Powers (Kelly) of Tyrone, PA and Ashley Smith (Bradley) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Alex, Kyleigh, Avey, Maya, Aubrey and Ava; and his siblings, Crystal Ewing of Williamsport, MD, Lloyd Powers of Florida, Hugh Powers of Brunswick, MD and Shane Powers of Brunswick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
