It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Stinebaugh (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 31, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent George W. Sprenkle; and her siblings, George W. Sprenkle, Jr., Carol Clark and Terry Sprenkle. She is survived by: her parent Sarah M. Sprenkle (Brewer); her children, Ronald L. Stinebaugh, Jr. (Brandy) of Waynesboro and Vicki M. Stinebaugh of Waynesboro; and her grandchildren, Josh Etter, Gavin Emrick, Yvonne Brown of Ft. Wayne, IN, Nancy Patterson of Rouzerville, PA, Barbara Waldschlager of Belmont, MI and Debbie Seabrook of Chambersburg, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
