He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Biller, Sr. and Betty Jane Biller (Young). He is survived by: his children, Abbi Yeargan (Chris) of Waynesboro, Trevor Biller of Waynesboro, Seana Bull (Kat Fletcher) of Duncannon, PA and Kelsea Cantley (Devin Weant) of Smithsburg, MD; his granddaughter Natalie Bull of Duncannon; his brothers, Brent Biller of Waynesboro and Jake Biller of Smithsburg; and his half-brothers, Ricky Young of Waynesboro and Sean Stottlemyer of Clear Spring, MD. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
