He is survived by: his wife Mary Fox of Waynesboro, PA; his son Ryan Fox (Alyssa) of Waynesboro, PA; his grandsons, Jayce, Ryder and Lincoln; his siblings, Cathy Martin of Las Vegas, NV, Gloria Baker of Winchester, VA, Jody Bonner of Fayetteville, PA and Stephan Fox of Germany; his foster parents, Robert Haines and Anna Haines of Greencastle, PA; and his foster siblings, Teresa Sanders of Orrtanna, PA, Ken Haines of Chambersburg, PA and Myna Horst of Chambersburg, PA..
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Five Forks Church (9244 Five Forks Rd, Waynesboro, PA 17268).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in DuWayne's memory to the Antietam Humane Society, 8513 Lyons Rd. Waynesboro, PA 17268, where his love of animals can continue on.
