She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Justus Hardman; and her son Charles Douglas Berndt. She is survived by: her parent Edna Millicent Hardman (Wigfield); her husband Carl Berndt; her children, Cathleen Kline (Berndt), Terry, Elizabeth Miller (Berndt), Robert and Michael Berndt (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Rachel Kline, Grayden Berndt and Major Miller; her siblings, Earl Hardman (Carolyn) and Carol Hardman; and her friend Jeanne Hale.
