She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Brandt and Esther C. Wingert (Burkhart); her husband J. Fred Rice; and her siblings, Roy Wingert, Cora Brechbill, Glenn Wingert, Merle Wingert, Harold Wingert and Mary Wadel.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Rice (Doreen), Joanne Wingert (Glenn) and Dale Rice (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Allen Rice (Lori), Darren Rice (Grace), David Rice (Eloisa), Rebekah Fisak (Eric), Brandt Wingert (Rachel), Luke Wingert (Samantha), Allison Loughead (Josiah), Brianne Grove (Dakota) and Brent Rice; and her brothers, Marvin Wingert and Raymond Wingert. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
