With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy (Rutherford) Martin of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, born in Centerville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rutherford and Mary Rutherford; her siblings, William, Harry, Charles, George, David, Donald Rutherford and Mary Jane Schnoover; and her close friend Lee Calimer.
She is survived by: her children, George (Jane), Terry Sherald (Robert) of Waynesboro, PA, Les (Nessie) of Marina, CA, Jeffrey (Deena Swain) of Williamsport, MD and John (Pamela) of Bethlehem Twp, PA; and her nephew Douglas Lucas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
