She was predeceased by: her spouse Charlie Viers; and her parents, Alpha H. Howard and Nina E. Howard. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Charlton (Connie) of Salem, VA, Viola Turpin of Newport News, VA, Arnold Breckenridge of Roanoke and Thersa Viers of Waynesboro, PA; and her grandchildren, Beth, Lee and Jessica. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
