It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ellen (King) Barnett (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wallace and Fay King (McCollough); her husband Dr. Harold Barnett; her daughter Benita Barnett; and her siblings, Charles King, Malcom King, Rowena Kemery, Anna Montague, Phyllis Markwith and Carol Verrill.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sara King Grumbacher of Denver, CO and Glen King of Kokomo, IN.; and her children, Beth Chaney (Michael) of Hagerstown, MD, Stephen Barnett (Pamela) of Chambersburg, PA, Barbara Barnett of Hagerstown, MD, David Barnett (Darlene) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Jonathan Barnett (Marian) of Waynesboro, PA and Mark Barnett (Colette) of Hagerstown, MD.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
