He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Decker and Emma A. Decker (Monn). He is survived by: his wife Rosalie M. Decker (Rock); and his children, Brenda Kornfield (Don) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Deb Cook (Tom) of Mont Alto, PA and Gary Decker (Nichole) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
