He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelso Clyde and Catherine Poole (Rowe); his wife Theresa Lynn Poole (Campbell); his daughter Regina Pearl Poole (Martz); and his siblings, Annie Weimer, Mary Perkins, Clyde K. Poole and Ronald Marlin Poole.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Lininger (Gary) of Waynesboro, Tammie Gonder (Billy) of Rouzerville, PA, Dawn Butler of Fayetteville, PA, Donald Poole, Jr. (Heather) of Waynesboro and Christine Poole of Waynesboro; and his siblings, Alta Williams of York, PA and John Poole of Waynesboro. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
