She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Powell and Violet A. Bartlett (Kauffman); her former husband Kenneth R. Starliper; and her husband Robert W. Bigler. She is survived by: her children, Danette McVay (Andrew) of Hagerstown, MD and Stephen Starliper (Jenni) of Emmittsburg, MD; her grandchildren, Jason Hiser, Scott Hiser, Kristin Hiser and Jackson Starliper; her great grandchildren, Carissa, Ashley and Clay; and her sister Sandra Garling (Lauren) of Lancaster, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
