We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2018, at the age of 27, Derek Shultz (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Lawson Bonner and Ronald Chambers. He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Bonner and Robert Bortzfield; his children, Jayda, Carter, Landry and His Fiancée Danielle Baylor of Waynesboro; his pet Hank; his siblings, Brittany Carson of Waynesboro, Chelsea Shultz of Waynesboro, John Michaud of Waynesboro, Hayley Shultz of Waynesboro, Cody Creager of Waynesboro and Julianna Shultz of Waynesboro; and his grandmothers, Candace J Bonner and Shirley Chambers. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

The family has requested that donations be made to his children in lieu of flowers.
