He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Black, Mae Black, Calvin Harbaugh and Evelyn Harbaugh; and his brother Dave Harbaugh.
He is survived by: his parents, William Harbaugh of State Line, PA. and Betty Harbaugh (Black) of State Line, PA.; his spouse Regina Harbaugh August (Kershner); his daughter Rachel Harbaugh; his granddaughter DaMyia McKenzie of Waynesboro; his siblings, Debbie Shuck, Steve, Donna Koster, Mike Harbaugh, Waynesboro Harbaugh, Scott Harbaugh and Frances Woods; his sister-in-law Bessie Harbaugh of Florida; and also Larry Jackson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Franklin & Fulton Co. Unit, 924-N Colonial Avenue York, PA 17403.
