She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy C. Davis and Alice Marie Davis (Bingaman); her husband Edward C. Birely; her sons, Ricky E. Birely and Mitchell L. Birely; and her sister Phyllis Stumbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, E. Charlie Birely, Jr. (Ruby) of Waynesboro, Tina M. Longnecker (Michael) of Waynesboro and Teresa A. Butler (Phillip) of Waynesboro; and her brother Clayton Davis of Waynesboro. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
