Carbaugh of Waynesboro, PA and Daywalt; her stepfather Chester Earl Carbaugh; her husband Norman Dunbar; her daughters, Kelly Martin of Waynesboro, Missy Mumme (Kit) of Greencastle and Sheena Bonebrake (Allen) of Waynesboro; her stepchildren, Tammy Dellamano (Michael) of Seneca, MI, Tracie Hudson (Mike) of Zullinger, PA, Tangie Dunbar and Travis Dunbar (Kristen) of Selbyville, DE; her brothers, Wrennis L. Welsh, Jr. of Waynesboro, Roy C. Monn, Sr. of Fayetteville, PA and Lee O. Monn of Waynesboro; and her friend Mary Ann Goulding (Keith). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and step-nieces and nephews.
