He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Miller and Helen J. Miller (Thalman); his wife Eileen Rose Miller (Archbold); and his siblings, Helen Dobbins, Charles Miller, LeRoy Miller, Harry Miller, James Miller and Calvin Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah L. Foster of Waynesboro and John E. Miller of Waynesboro. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
