He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester L. Yates and Geraldine O. Yates (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Yates (Crim); his stepdaughters, Lori Thompson of Waynesboro and Tammy Perger of Mays Landing, NJ; his stepgrandsons, Andrew Miller, Eric Perger, Ethan Perger and Nicholas Miller; and his stepgreat-granddaughter CallieJo Miller.
