He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Margaret Walters (Exum). He is survived by: his father Leslie E. Walters; his wife Paula K. Walters (Reister); his children, Angela Walters of Waynesboro and Douglas Walters of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Dakota Beard, Kaleigh Nelson, Derek Walters, Caitlin Walters and Jordan Nelson; and his siblings, Janice, Curtis Harshaw of Grand Prairie, TX, Carol Lee Mitchell of Coffeyville, KS, Jerry, Judy Walters of Chanute, KS, Leslie Jo, Lee Mansker of Coffeyville, Mark and Diane Walters of San Francisco, CA. He is also survived by 16 niece and nephews.
