He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Fawks and Lucille Fawks (Smeal). He is survived by: his son David A Fawks II (Amy); his grandchildren, Alexis Knopp, Nathan Knopp and Ellianna Fawks; his daughter Rebecca Gaddy (Jeremy); his granddaughters, Jacquelin, Vanessa and Victoria; his son Jason Fawks; and his brothers, Charles T. Fawks III (Mindy), Ricky L. Fawks (Dorothy), Donald W. Fawks and Brian L. Fawks (Amy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
