He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Blubaugh and Patricia S. K. Blubaugh (Kuhn); and his brother Gordon Blubaugh. He is survived by: his wife Catherine D. Blubaugh (Harris); his daughters, Carrie Forney (Toby) of Waynesboro, Christi Mong (Jimmy) of Waynesboro and Trisha Blubaugh (Curtis Beidel) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Vincent, Taryn, Sydnie and Jasper; and his sister Clarissa Bingaman (Dennis) of St. Johns, AZ. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
