He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Blubaugh and Almeda Blubaugh (Moats); his wife Marlene J. Blubaugh (Ross); his daughter Cheri A. Brunk; and his siblings, Harold "Oakus" Blubaugh, Rebecca Jane French and Naomi "Sissy" Sanders.
He is survived by: his son Bradley A. Blubaugh of Sewell, NJ; his grandchildren, Brandon Sites, Ashley Carola (Kyle) and Shawn Blubaugh (Kerri); and his great grandchild Lucy Carola. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
