She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman R. Barlup and Vera Barlup (Greenawalt). She is survived by: her husband Joseph H. Phenicie; her great-aunt Pearl Barlup; her children, Emilie S. Cool of Waynesboro and Joseph H. Phenicie, II of Waynesboro; her granddaughter Kayleh E. Cool; and her siblings, Cheryl Shew of Gettysburg, PA, Barry R. Barlup of Mont Alto, PA, Terry Barlup of Fayetteville, NC, Jeffrey Barlup of Lewistown, PA and Rhonda Middlekauf of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 South Broad Street, Waynesboro once COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
