He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. Patterson, Sr. and Kathryn E. Patterson (Spidle); and his siblings, Norman "June" Patterson, Sr. and Brenda Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. Patterson (Monn); his sons, Michael Patterson (Becky) of McConnellsburg, Jeffrey Patterson (Lori) of St. Thomas, PA and Matthew Patterson (Danielle) of Mont Alto, PA; his grandchildren, Adam, Amelia and Maverick; his siblings, Kathy "Judy" Patterson of Waynesboro, Lawrence "Gook" Patterson of Waynesboro and Richard "Scruff" Patterson of Waynesboro; and his great-nephew Gaven Baker. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; three great-granddaughters; two step-great-grandchildren.
