It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Lou Bailey of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia A. Semler (Smith) and Leroy S. Semler. She is survived by: her husband N. C. Bailey; her son Eric T. Bailey (Stephanie) of Minnesota; her siblings, Mary A. Henson (Ellsworth "Beanie") and Preston L. Semler (Alita); her sister-in-law Carol Ann Rossman (Gary); and her pet Bogey. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
