He is survived by: his parents, Michael J. Neff and Carolyn Westbrook (Barfield); his stepfather Ray Westbrook, Jr.; his wife Jennifer Neff; his children, Johnathan, Alyssa, Faith, Hope and Charity; his siblings, Ashley Neff, Amber Neff, Steven Neff (Vanch) and Kasey Westbrook; and his grandparents, Robert and Betty Neff. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
