She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. McIntire and Betty L. McIntire (Wilhide). She is survived by: her husband Jay W. Rotz; her son Jack W. Rotz (Jolie Delosier) of Waynesboro; her granddaughters, Rachel Bakner (Brandon) and Lauren Rotz (Wrennis Stull); and her siblings, Linda Rock of Waynesboro, Sharon Byers of Waynesboro, Charles McIntire, II of Waynesboro, Jennifer Eyler of Waynesboro, Theresa Eyler of Waynesboro and Deborah Christophel of Chambersburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
