Forrest, Jr. (Lynn), Dana Forrest of Selinsgrove, PA and Donita Lyons (Michael) of Fayetteville, PA; her significant other Steven W. Carson of Waynesboro; and her siblings, Judy Shatzer, Doug Lehman, Darrell Lehman and Carl Lehman. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
