We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024, at the age of 81, Charles R. Long Jr. of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles R. Long Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Long and Viola Long (Slusher); and his brothers, Donald Long and Douglas Long. He is survived by: his wife Gwenith Long (Minnick); his children, Shelly Motz (Chris) of Waynesboro and Troy Long (Jodi) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Cody Motz (Lexi) of Mont Alto, PA and Chelsy Grubbs (Alex) of Mercersburg, PA; his brother James Long (Cindy) of Mont Alto; and his sister-in-law Judy Long of Waynesboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
