He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Bouder and Nellie E. Bouder (Bartles). He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Bouder (Deavor); his daughter Kelly M. Bouder of Waynesboro; and his sisters, Zandra I. Bricker (Mike) of Waynesboro and Sarah E. Bouder of Waynesboro. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
