Blubaugh (Warren); his children, Robin Geesaman (Charles) of Waynesboro, Allen Blubaugh (Deb Myerly) of Waynesboro, David Blubaugh (Kelle) of Waynesboro and Stephen Blubaugh (Cindy) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Wesley, Brandon, Colleen, Danielle, Mackenzie, Arelly, Ella and Emilee; his great grandchild Lucas; and his siblings, Frank Blubaugh of Ocala, FL, Susan Hartman of Marion, PA and Cathy Welsh of Chambersburg, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
