He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin G. Wagner and June M. Wagner (Kuhlwind). He is survived by: his wife Sallie Wagner of Waynesboro, PA; his children, Todd Sites (Wendy), Lisa Blanton, Charles G. Wagner, Jr. and Matthew Sites (Heather); and his siblings, Barry K. Wagner and Sharon D. Legge. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
