Charles E. Stephey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Stephey (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Edwin Stephey and Isabel Stephey (Garnes); his wife Margaret E. "Peggy" Stephey (DeLancey); and his brothers, Richard G. Stephey and Kenneth Stephey.
He is survived by: his sons, C. David Stephey (Kim) of Waynesboro and Steven E. Stephey (Susan) of Sykesville, MD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
